Pathways Youth Program Foundation
Empowering Native American Youth Through Mentorship, Culture, and Opportunity

About Pathways Youth Program Foundation
Pathways Youth Program Foundation was born from a vision to create a safe, empowering space where Native American youth can embrace their culture and build brighter futures. Founded by sisters Casondra Woolsey and Casey Heflin, our organization grew out of a shared commitment to mentorship, community, and the belief that every young person deserves guidance and opportunity. We recognize that at-risk and troubled youth often face barriers that extend beyond the classroom, which is why we’ve dedicated ourselves to making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Our comprehensive programs go deeper than traditional support, offering mentorship, life skills training, and culturally grounded programming that honor Indigenous traditions while preparing youth for modern challenges. From tutoring and career readiness workshops to wellness circles and community service projects, Pathways is more than a program—it’s a family. We believe in the power of community, cultural pride, and personalized guidance to transform lives and create lasting positive change.
